Contemplation
Go sit in a gut for a minute.
Where your bare feet meet the dry soil there is a layer of atoms, an imperceptible vestibule, and your self and the soil meet and shake hands. Electron clouds squelch and heave against and into each other, and that’s the beginning of knowing. That sends a shockwave down and up, and depending on who you ask, it makes a big difference or a tiny difference. But a difference is still a difference. Life existed on earth as soon almost as soon as life was possible. The smalls led the charge for life, and their insistence gave you everything that has ever counted as an experience.
